MultiPicTools provides online image processing tools including but not limited to:

• Image compression and optimization
• Photo editing and enhancement
• Format conversion
• Batch processing
• Special effects and filters

All tools are provided free of charge, though we reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes
• Not upload images containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload our services
• Not use automated systems to access our tools excessively
• Be responsible for any images you process through our tools

We may terminate access for users who violate these terms.

3. Image Processing

3.1 Processing Methods

Most image processing occurs directly in your browser. For some advanced tools, images may be temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing and are automatically deleted within 1 hour.

3.2 Quality Assurance

While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that processed images will always meet your expectations. Some quality loss may occur during compression or conversion.

3.3 File Limitations

Current file limits per image:

• Maximum file size: 20MB
• Maximum resolution: 5000x5000 pixels
• Maximum batch count: 50 images

These limits may change without notice.

4. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us:

• We do not store your images permanently
• We do not claim ownership of images you process
• We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our services
• We use cookies for essential functionality only

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitations of Liability

MultiPicTools provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage to your images
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Inaccuracies in processed images
• Consequential damages from using our tools

In jurisdictions that don't allow liability limitations, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
